In case the original packing is not available you may still return the product but with a 15% depreciation on the original price, but it’s condition should still be unused. Your return will be subject to shipping and handling fees.

Special Christmas return policy for our Valued Customers Due to holidays our valued customers may experience problems in returning goods so we have a special extended return policy, goods purchased between 10th November and 25th December may be returned until 31st January. But they should be unused and the packing should be intact.
